Save the product description, final price, delivery promise and return or warranty terms before paying. Keep the invoice and receipt. HTTPS concerns the connection; it does not by itself verify a business licence or guarantee fulfilment. An urgent discount is not a reason to skip identification.
If delivery fails or goods differ from the agreement, put the issue and requested resolution to the seller in writing and preserve the records. The consumer complaint route depends on the seller’s location and status. Also report impersonation or unauthorised payment indicators to the relevant bank and authority.
