UAE civil proceedings can use electronic service. Not receiving a paper letter alone does not establish invalid notification. Independently check the case number, court and recorded dates, and do not disregard a genuine court message merely because it arrived electronically.

Compare the finance agreement, guarantees, account statements and payments with the claimant’s documents. If a signature, figure or document’s authenticity is disputed, identify the precise issue and preserve the available original or verifiable copy. A general allegation is not a substitute for evidence and procedure.

The decision type, service method and enforcement stage affect your next steps. Check the applicable remedy and time limit against the actual file promptly. Negotiating with the bank should not be assumed to pause proceedings. Any action in another country requires separate examination there.
