Match the centre to MOHRE’s official directory, then read that provider’s recruitment agreement. Identify the selected package, timetable, recruitment charges and responsibility for completing the process. Introducing a worker or showing a photograph does not replace clear commitments from the service provider.
The agency agreement and employment contract serve different purposes. Work arrangements, wages and employment responsibilities should be recorded in the appropriate approved documents. Before work starts, check the required paperwork and permissions with the centre and ensure the worker receives the relevant contract copy.
Read replacement and refund conditions alongside the applicable legal rights; an unexplained “full guarantee” is insufficient. Keep receipts, the starting date and correspondence about service problems. In a dispute, identify the unfulfilled commitment so the appropriate MOHRE route can be considered using the actual records.
A practical next step
Record the service package, charges, employment arrangements and replacement or refund conditions with the approved centre before paying or starting work.
